This product is designed for the treatment of external protozoan parasites in both freshwater and saltwater environments. It effectively addresses common issues such as freshwater/saltwater ich, costia, and trichodinella, which can negatively affect the health of pond fish.
Swift action is crucial when addressing a parasite problem in your pond fish. As soon as you detect the initial signs of a parasite infestation, it's recommended to administer the treatment promptly. Indicators of a potential issue include fish displaying behaviors like rubbing or flashing against surfaces in the pond. Additionally, be on the lookout for the presence of white spots resembling grains of salt or parasites adhering to the fish's surface.
To ensure successful treatment, it's important to avoid common factors that can exacerbate the problem. Keep a consistent water temperature, maintain good water quality, and minimize stress on the fish to prevent further complications.
