We are willing to travel anywhere in the world to build a water feature! We love to travel and building fun and unique projects really gets us excited.

Of course you can! We offer our DIY Pond Kits that give you everything required to build a pond (besides rocks and gravel of course) all in one box.

If you want a more customized DIY project, stop into our retail stores to have a pond professional help you build your ideal pond using only the best materials in the industry.

PondScape Construction

A: Our most common sized pond we sell is an 8' X 11' ecosystem pond. Usually we can have one of these installed within 3-5 days.

Obviously, the bigger water features require more planning, equipment, materials and man power. This means that we will oftentimes require additional time to get it finished.

A: Nope! We have been doing this long enough to know what needs to be done and in what order. Oftentimes, our customers like waiting until the end of construction in order to have the "big reveal" moment!

We love watching the smiles show up every time we turn on a water feature for the first time. If you can't make it to the build, don't worry. We always save the best for last.

A: Not only is that understandable, but it's not a big deal at all. Oftentimes, we find that most of our clients have a general idea of what they want, but don't have the ability to finalize the details. That's OK! That's what we are here for. You tell us what you want and we will tell you what you need to make that happen. With our experience you can be sure that you will get an awe inspiring water feature.

A: This happens more often than you may think. One of the most common things we hear from our clients is that they wish they built their first pond bigger.

That's where we come in! One of our favorite types of projects is what we call a "tear out." Call it us giving into our juvenile sides and getting excited about being allowed to break things.

Whatever the situation, there is ALWAYS an option to upgrade any aspect of your feature. From lights, to waterfalls to pumps, we have what you need to make your water feature better than it was before.

All you need to do is fill out our On-Site Consultation request forms. This tell us that you want to take the first step by requesting one of our Design Foreman to come to your home or place of business to get to know you and your goals with your new water feature. After that step is taken, everything else is up to us!

A: The first thing we ask you to do is simple: Relax. This isn't the first time we have heard this and it won't be the last. We have rescued countless number of water features in the past, helping clients that just got slightly off track right the ship and finish the project the way it was intended.

PondScape Maintenance

We consider an emergency to be anything that endangers the life of your aquatic animals or anything that endangers the structural integrity of the water feature.

While each situation is on a case-by-case basis, we understand that your water feature is important to you. However, we cannot move around paying customers because you have a light out in your pond or the pump on your fountainscape isn't pushing at max force.

Our biggest concern being the health and welfare of all aquatic life. Then and ONLY then do we concern ourselves with cosmetic emergencies. Understand that our services are in great demand and we will do everything in our power to help you, but paying customers take priority over cosmetic blemishes.

A: Well...sort of. Our service vehicles have to be outfitted to do very particular jobs. We require a large variety of tools and equipment that would be impossible to fit into one vehicle.

With that said, if you have, lets say, a cleanout scheduled and you want us to swap a light out for you while we are there, as long as you let us know ahead of time what needs done and buy the light, we have no issue giving it a quick swap.

A: While we don't physically test water in our retail stores, we do offer pond water testing kits! These kits can be taken back to your water feature and used in the comfort of your own home. With easily identifiable indicators, our kits will help you get the level of your water wherever they need to be.

A: When filling out our scheduling forms, there is an option for Early Bird Scheduling. This allows you to move your requested date up on our timeline.
