ALL new installations and upgrades require a paid ON-SITE CONSULTATION as the first step of our process.

A foreman will visit your property to gather information on the site layout, obstacles, access, etc.

If you can't be home during the visit- no problem! We can gather our photos, measurements, access limitations and obstacles, consider any challenges and get a general feel for the property on our own, then call you to continue over the phone at a time that is more convenient for you.
We will educate you on how our systems work, maintenance, upkeep and value as well as any myths and answer any questions you may have. This can be done by phone, email or in person based on whatever is most convenient for you.
Our foreman will generally stay as long as needed during your appointment to hear all of your “wants” and help you decide all of your “needs”.
We typically generate an exact price for the job within 48 hours and a detailed list of the components needed.
In certain instances we can mark the proposed shape on the ground with marking paint.
We provide quotes for CAD drawings and 3D renderings on commercial and larger jobs. CAD drawings are usually not cost-justified or necessary for most residential jobs.
