Fill bag with filter media, leaving 2-3 inches at top. Pull drawstring tight and secure. Place in filter chamber ensuring water flows freely around the bag. For maintenance, remove bag, rinse media with pond water (never tap water), and return to filter. Inspect bag periodically and replace if mesh becomes damaged.
