What the estimate includes
- Boulders: a 1:2:1 mix of 6–12 in., 12–18 in., and 18–24 in. boulders.
- River gravel: generally half 3/4 in. and half 1–3 in. material, adjusted for local availability.
- Gravel baseline: calculated from the 24-inch-deep boulder amount; it does not change with the selected depth.
